Upcoming executive meeting for 28-09-07

At 5:00pm on Friday, 28th September, there will be a meeting for all executive members of WUSC in the Morton Reading room (CC). Matters to be discussed include the trip to Ottawa, the clothing drive and the “Lost Boys” talk. E-mails were already sent to committee coordinators about what their responsibilities will be as it pertains to these events.
Please make a special effort to attend.
Free ice cream day is a success!

Today, members made WUSC known to the Trent-U campus by serving free ice cream to persons who were in the BATA Library area. Everyone had fun as they listened to music, slurped up their cold treats and spoke about WUSC. It was a good time had by all!

We are sorry to be issuing this update so late, but the executive meeting that was scheduled for tomorrow (21st September) has been postponed to a tentative date. Details on when and where this meeting is to take place will be posted later.
WUSC’s free ice-cream day!

The WUSC Local Committee will be sharing free ice-cream on Friday, 21st September, at the “podium” in front of the BATA Library beginning from 10:00am until 2:00pm. This is a perfect opportunity to talk to WUSC members about the organization and how you can get involved!
Existing members are asked to contact the secretary if you are willing to volunteer your time and energy during this event.
Free food is good, but better yet it’s ice cream! So see you at there!

On Friday, 21st September, there will be a meeting for all of the executive members of the Trent University Local Committee in the Morton Reading Room (in Champlain College adjacent to the TIP Office) at 4:30pm.
Important matters concerning the upcoming 2007 WUSC Annual Assembly will be discussed. All executive members are asked to make a special effort to attend.
