Classes for the new 2008-2009 academic year at Trent University have started and you are probably busy getting readings done, purchasing your books and adjusting/readjusting to university life. WUSC would like to welcome you back to school and hope that you have a successful year at Trent University!
Look out for upcoming WUSC general and executive meetings. If you are a new student or just interested in being part of the organization, please attend a general meeting where you will receive more information about what we have planned for this year. Details on the time and venue of the meeting will follow shortly, so keep checking our website or subscribe to our RSS feed in order to stay updated. Please review the minutes as they contain some last-minute information concerning the World Water Day Symposium event scheduled for this coming Friday, 14th March.

All executive members of WUSC at Trent-U committees should note that there will be a meeting on Friday, 7th March, at 5:00pm in the Gzowski Gathering Space Morton Reading Room (Champlain College, adjacent the TIP Office).
Please make an effort to attend.

There will be a WUSC General Meeting this Friday, January 25th, at 5:00pm in the Gzowski Gathering Space. We have lots of exciting things to talk about at the meeting and your attendance is very important!
On the agenda for the General Meeting:
- WUSC Symposium
- VIP Dinner venue, committee, etc.
- Gzowski Clothing Drive representative
- CSFTN Conference
- Individual committee groups

Directions to the Gathering Space: From the main entrance of Gzowski College descend to the lower Atrium level and proceed in the direction of the Nozhem Theatre. The “Space” is located close to Nozhem Theatre along the hallway which is bordered by the GCS lecture rooms.

There will be the first meeting of 2008 for executive members of committees on Friday, 18th January at 5:00pm in the Gathering Space of Gzowski College. Come prepared to talk about what will be discussed in the next general meeting.
